This listing is for one 2.5+oz bar of shampoo. Each bar lasts about 40-60 washes depending on hair length and thickness. Make sure to let the bar dry out between uses by using a draining soap dish.
To use get your hair wet. Rub the bar in your hands to start a lather in your hands and then rub the bar on your hair a few times in a couple of different areas of your head. A little goes a long way!
