Menthol Spearmint Shower Steamers.
This listing is for 1- 1.9 oz steamer that lasts about 20-30 minutes. ( depending on water exposure)
Spearmint essential oils are known to help relieve sinus and chest congestion, soothe stress and associated headaches.
Directions.
Remove wrapper from steamer and then place steamer on the floor of the shower away from the direct stream of water.
Splash a little water onto the steamer to activate it.

Steamers are intended as a one time use but some customers are able to get 2-3 uses by limiting exposure to water or by placing a dry steamer in an organza bag and hanging it on the faucet after activating it.
